I'm Irfan Zafar, a freelance web designer who works with local trades — plumbers, heating engineers, electricians and other hands-on businesses that are brilliant at their trade but have never had a website that does them justice.
I build every website myself, from the first draft to the finishing touches, and I reply to every message myself too. No teams, no outsourcing, no scripts — just me, doing good work at a fair price, and looking after the people who trust me with their business.

Questions I get asked
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No. Your demo is completely free and there's no obligation. You only pay if you see the demo, love it, and want it put live on your own domain.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours — I'll help you set it up and connect it, but it always belongs to your business.
Can I change things on the website later?
Of course. On the monthly managed plan, updates are included — just message me what you need changed and I'll do it. On the one-off plan, changes are available whenever you need them too.
How fast can I see my demo?
Usually within a couple of days. Send me your business name and what you do, and I'll get building.
I'm not very technical — is that a problem?
Not at all. I handle everything technical — hosting, domains, setup, updates. All you need to do is look at your demo and tell me what you think.
